1Wash the fresh shrimp and open the back. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the shrimp until both sides turn golden brown. Remove and drain for later use (pour out the oil).
2Melt the butter, add chopped onions and fresh shrimp and stir fry until fragrant, then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water.
3Add Anji fragrant curry chunks and stir evenly.
4Stir fry over high heat until juicy, then take out of the pot and serve on a plate.
