1Cut chopped scallions, ginger, and garlic into small pieces, heat up the oil in the wok, add scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add minced pork and stir fry.
2Add Douban Sauce, stir fry until fragrant and red oil appears.
3Add tofu that has been cut into small pieces.
4Add water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat.
5Add some water starch to thicken the sauce, then sprinkle Anji Sichuan pepper powder, white sugar, and salt to enhance the flavor. Stir fry well.
6Take it out, sprinkle with scallions, and it's ready to eat.
