Anji Braised Pork Belly Sauce 100g
1Take out 500g of pork belly with skin, wash and cut into 3cm cubes. Blanch in cold water and let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove and wash for later use.
2Add 500g water, streaky pork, and Anji Braised pork belly sauce into the pot, mix well, cover the pot and boil it over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes, and then harvest the juice over high heat.
3Take out the pot and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with scallions according to personal preference.
